These thermal tops are used and can vary in condition, ie may show signs of wear or have previous owner's name/number written in them.
Long sleeves with elasticated cuffs.
Thermal top has a crew neck.
Polyester outer with fleece effect lining.

Please note that in order for thermal clothing to be effective, it should be a close fitting garment. Baggy clothing will not be as efficient, as warm air surrounding the body can escape.
